Yeah, except it's been happening for a lot longer than a couple of days. A few other people I know are having similar issues.

I've never really had a problem with them til this week, plus it's one of the few unlimited download providers left in the UK. We've had a BT Business Broadband line put in as well but I can't access my bleedin newsgroup provider through, it just tells me it can't find the host whenever I try to connect.

I once tried to measure my school's connection and I got some very interesting results:
Approximately 9000kb/s in download speed, but 80000kb/s in upload speed

My school's bandwidth is excessively throttled and filtered, leading to shitty ping times and download speeds. However, using the DMZ network leads to ungodly speeds, thanks to the fact the have a dedicated fibre-optic line direct to the nearest exchange.
