And I think it's a good idea to rename the wiki to SNEEK Compatibility List, and we start a SD / SDHC compatibility list too, in my case, I had to swap my 2GB Kingston SD to an 8GB SDHC to get my apps working from HBC (USB).

hi all
i have made everything, it means, i have compilated the sneek, so i have my bootmii folder with 3 files armboot, ppcboot.elf, bootmii.ini , more boot2.bin. than i have made the backup with simple fs dumper.
so i have all backup folders , bootmii folder and boot2.bin in the root of my sd, but when i insert the sd in the wii , and i play it,i see the bootmii menu , while i have understood that the emulator should start immediatly.
if i touch in the bootmii menu, system channel or wii , i have a black screen

suggestions?
thanks
thats the same problem i have what sd card do u have?

If ceiling cat (aka the normal BootMii menu) is showing up, then my guess is that you have the wrong armboot.bin on there or something.

It worked for me. If you choose System Menu it'll boot the armboot.bin. A bug in bootmii IOS? I don't know, but you need bootmii's ppcboot, which will load Ceiling Cat if you don't have Autoboot set.

Why is the Boomii menu called Ceiling Cat? And should I set the delay to 0?

They were trying to be funny, I guess. Anyway, yes, set the delay to 0 if you want it to boot instantly.

You get a picture from a cat looking through the ceiling if you direct link the hackmii installer (and wait long enough)

So basically all you need to do to get SNEEK to ren is NOT select the System Menu yourself?

You can select it as well with Reset once bootmii pops up, but I recommend autoboot so it just goes right into it.

Can you release the source of the windows tools? Linux/OtherOS users would thank you a lot

The source of the windows tools is sneek googlecode page downloads, wiki and source svn checkout and the 0000000E.app and a batch file
I must be blind because I really can't see it... can you double check what you're saying?

That's what I did with no autoboot...I get a black screen

That's odd. For me, the Ceiling Cat GUI pops up if I don't have autoboot set, and nothing works with it unless I press reset(select).

Ok. I'm currenty using a SanDisk MicroSD 2GB with an SD-Adapter (also SanDisk). No Priiloader, just some Startpatch-Hacks (including replace Health-Warning) and around 18 Channels. It doesn't seem to speed it up if I remove the Channels, so I did the Tests with them installed. Here are my results:

Booting of Menu: 35 Seconds
Booting of a Channel: 11/19 Seconds (Sometime the Channel hangs for a few secs if you klick the Start-Button)
Loading Save-Menu: 26 Seconds until a full Page is loaded

I dunno if this is fast, as far as I've read, it seems that this is average or slow. Now, can anyone recommend me a card which is faster, maybe even with their times to compare? I'm thinking about this one, anyone got the same and can share their results?

Thanks in Advance!

(P.s: Anybody fancy to create a Wiki for SD-Cards? Would be realy helpfull, I guess...)

Well, the thing is, I've got Bootmii as boot2 and when there's no autoboot set Ceiling Cat pops up and whenever I select something using it I get a blank screen. But I just noticed that there's no 00000001/00000001 folder, which is boot2, in my NAND dump. Should I try a new NAND dump? Or maybe a new SD card?
