Hacking Slow game speed

Hi.

I got a DSONEi and in some games whan theres alot happing on the screen (like rain ect.) the game runs allmost like in slowmotion. I allso have an AK2i and there was no problem with that card?

Why is this?

Edit: SD card is a Kingmax class 6 4gb
