the full realistic Siri port everything even connecting to apple servers has been released please google search for the .deb file or the repo including the file called H1Siri its a 109mb file so look for that one the connection is using a different DSN to connect to Apple's servers right now its being hammered so take a couple of days to get it or possibly use it later good luck

    here is source i guess

Sounds like someone has ported over Siri to other iDevices and just like the dictation port servers hosting the ported .deb (Cydia File) have been hammered with numerous connections due to it being so highly anticipated and requested.

Eh. I don't know how I feel about using this.

"Siri will not be connected to Appleā€™s servers, instead, it will be connected to private servers."

    Seems a little risky.

I read quite a few reports of users saying it is extremely buggy and not worthy of download.

This would be much easier then buying an actual 4S if it got up and running correctly. I've had my 4 for probably nearly a year now, since I got it on my birthday last year (The 23rd of this month) and I don't see too much difference between the two other then Siri and maybe a slight speed increase.

This doesnt sound like a good idea. Im guessing apple will block the port pretty soon.
