I have a EXE converter so that means even in somebody doesn't have office they can still run it! (it has powerpointviewer into it.) So do you think i should do one? If so should i release a .pptx file so people can fix bugs or fix glitches or edit it?

EDIT! : Im making a OS using Powerpoint! Its called Powercore. Once V0.1 is done it will be released!

Who cares? Stop shooting him down! I think it would be a great learning experience.

A Powerpoint OS is a Operating System made by Microsoft Office Powerpoint. If you wanna know what that is just google it.

I'm not understanding how a power point program can create an OS?

I made some before and learned about thinking of others! Would a person know how to open this web browser? Does this icon look like it would launch a terminal? Plus it fun and makes me more confident!

It's good to learn from hands on experiences and not just by trying to memorize some code. Either way i'm sure whatever you make will come out great.

Well you can make objects "Hyperlink" So if i click on something it could lead me to a different slide! So lets say i had a button saying menu. I would hyperlink that to a slide that shows the menu! If you're still confused then just ignore how it works and pay attention to how it plays.

I understand now. I was thinking it was an actual operating system, not just a scripted slideshow.

I googled "PowerPoint OS" that's actually pretty creative. I remember using PowerPoint 97 in School, only ever for creating some presentations or as an easy way to create a poster without Microsoft Publisher.

The last version of PowerPoint I used was 2007 in Uni, having just loaded 2016 up the default templates look a lot nicer now! I used to put some much effort in to making slide looks nice, which no one probably cared about haha.

I have never heard of power pointt OS before but taking it at a more literal meaning it sounds like you are going to make a bootable OS to run a powerpoint presentation, and as you mentioned the powerpoint viewer I guess it will need some kind of windows support. To that end I guess you are messing with a VM, possibly something like bartpe or if you are being a masochist then reactos. That or you are hoping WINE will get you through.

This seems like a lot of effort when libreoffice exists, even has a nice portable version if you want http://portableapps.com/apps/office/libreoffice_portable , and does pretty well with MS formats these days, however aside from reactos all of those above are useful things to know your way around.
