Run WiiSCU 0.23 (http://www.wiibrew.org/wiki/WiiSCU) and install the Shop and IOS61. That will update it without updating the rest of the wii.
When installing the IOS61, choose "-trucha" or the HBC will be upside down and the shop won't work.
