SFR2049 on japanese Dreamcast!

Okay so l downloaded San Francisco Rush 2049, burned the CDI-file with Discjuggler and everything seemed to go smoothly. But when I try to start it with my japanese Dreamcast something goes wrong. After the SEGA TM-screen(Which comes after Sega bootscreen) the Dreamcast resets itself to the start menu. I've heard a dude say that he solved it by converting the CDI from data/data to the audio/data layout, any idea how to do this?

Try using Utopia to boot the game.
