Set emuNAND Nintendo Path to "Nintendo" instead of "emuMMC/RAW1/Nintendo?"

I'm running Atmosphere 1.6.2 on Firmware 17.0.1 with a partition-based emuNAND. I plan on using sysNAND to play online games, such as Pokemon Scarlet. I want to use emuNAND to mod various offline games. I want to be able to quickly and easily access games on both sysNAND and emuNAND, but I don't know how to do that without downloading games twice.

I've heard that you can set "nintendo_path" in the emuMMC.ini file from "emuMMC/RAW1/Nintendo" to "Nintendo" in order to redirect it. My question is if this is safe to do so? If not, is there another way to do what I want, or do I just have to bite the bullet and download some games twice?

Thank you for your input and your time!

That is a bad idea. It would probably mess up both MMCs to some extend and SysMMC will have files for games not installed. I don't know whether that will be a problem but potentially nintendo could detect it and it could lead to a ban.

To be safe you need to install games twice and live with the extra space needed
