Hacking SD Menu "This Channel cannot be launched"

WAD's moved to the SD Card cannot be launched. They must be on the Wii already.
Also, do you have enough space in your NAND for the channel? If not, the Wii cannot run it.

only thing i can think of is that your IOS70 only has trucha, re-download and fully patch the IOS using ModMii or equivalent

This might seem counterintuitive, but try installing a clean system menu 4.3 WAD, trucha-patch IOS80, and try Priiloader then. The different region-free hacks might solve your problem.

As long as the system menu IOS is trucha patched, they can be launched. This appears to be a region problem.

That's a bad advice, it's saying that it's working on IOS61 because the HBC is working on it.
@OP:
SM 4.2 is using IOS70 and you have IOS70 with trucha bug, so your downloaded games should work fine. This error can come if the channel tickets are removed, try to reinstall a wad and move it to sd card to see if it's a ticket or a IOS problem.

Then whats the point of the SD? ALL my games were installed on the wii first. Read my opener, everything was working hunky-dory and all games launched until today

EDIT: @FIX94 Patched IOS70 didn't do anything, installed an NTSC to Wii then moved to SD, its launches but black screens

it wasn't advice lol, he said he was on 4.2 but using IOS61 as the SM IOS, i then said one of several things he might of done, one of which was mistakenly set IOS61 as SM IOS in priiloader

Soz for the delay in repsonding, had to get the kids fed and sorted for bedtime. PAL works fine, but also what I noticed was that WiiMc code dumped on me and I had to to a fresh IOS58 and HBC install to get that working again. Don't know if something is related to this

No, this has nothing to do with it.
The game you have installed now also gave you this error before reinstalling, correct? If yes, the titles are gone or broken, then you will need to reinstall and move all games again... To get the NTSC games to work you will need to enable the region free channels hack in priiloader.
