Point and click adventures on DS
    [IMG]

Another beta of agentq's ScummVM DS, which allows you to play point and click adventures from Lucasart on your DS. New in this version are an improved scaler, which should allow for more readable text, and the implementation of the function keys. Download and changelog below.

[title:Changelog]- Fixed CPU scaler in FM Towns games
    - Enabled use of CPU scaler in menus even when turned off in the game
    - Fixed function keys F5 and F7 in AGI games.
    - Rearranged DS Options Menu to make things clearer and not allow conflicting options to be selected together

Could you name some of the AGI which are compatible?

I really wish I could understand how to get this to work on my R4.

..I can't figure out what files I need in order to boot a game in ScummVM. [IMG]

just copy the .nds file which supports the game you want to play to your r4.
copy the game you want to play in its own directory.
launch scummvm, chose "add game" and browse to the directory your game is located it.
    thats it.

Nevermind, I placed my tentacle demo directory in the root of my SD and ScummVM picked it up.

And a few links that might help someone else. [IMG]

All of them, I think, since the AGI support comes from SCUMMVM being merged with Sarien. So that means all the early King's Quest, Police Quest and Leisure Suit Larry games as well as some one-off games from Sierra like Black Cauldron or the two Manhunter games. It should also support homebrew games written using AGI Studio.

Sierra's later games used a scripting engine called SCI and there's an interpretter for them called FreeSCI, which unfortunately doesn't have a DS port. Hopefully FreeSCI will be merged with SCUMMVM at some point, too.
