Hacking Save file transfer

So I have a few games such as Kingdom Hearts 358/2 days and Pokemon Heart Gold.
I also have working roms for these games.
Now I would like to know: is there is any practical way of sending the save file form the game cards over to the AceKard 2i?

Sets your DS as an FTP server, you can log in by typing this into My Computer:
ftp://:@:21

The DS looks for a FTP server set up, specified in the ini file.
Can be a bit picky in what it connects to.
