I previously fell, landed on, and smashed my LOZ; A Link BetweenWorlds 3dsxl. I sent it into Nintendo for repairs, but they said they could only release my NNID and send me a new system due to the damages. I have since lost nearly 600 pokemon and hundreds of hours (nearly 900) collectively across several games. Nintendo told me they couldn't recover my saves and that I would have to play them all over from the beginning.

The SD card was fully functional. And I had happened to save my SD card content to my PC before sending the console into Nintendo.

I was wondering if there was any way to implant the raw data from my old SD card into my n2dsxl to continue my games.

*sorry. first post. not sure if it's in the proper section*

Only if you made a NAND backup of the old console as well as the moveable.sed. Or, if you backed them up with JKSM before the accident. Otherwise, the saves are encrypted to your old console and are unplayable on any other console. Sorry! Make sure to regularly back up your saves with JKSM and move the files to your computer in case something like this happens again.

@djdex128, if you have a 3DS friend who has you listed in their friend list and this person has custom firmware on their system, ask them to dump their:
  • [1:] SYSNAND CTRNAND/data/<ID0>/sysdata/00010032/00000000
This file is better known as the friendsave.bin, and it contains first half of your movable.sed KeyY.

To learn more about Nintendo 3DS folder encryption between KeyY and <ID0> subfolder, go read this thread:
Once you have that first half (8 bytes), you can brute force the the second half using that and the provided <ID0> 32-char:
After you get the complete 16 bytes KeyY, you will need to decrypt the saves using fuse-3ds and 3ds-save-tool guide.

-or-

You can also temporarily substitute your movable.sed on a stand-in replacement 3DS system with that KeyY, decrypt the contents in GodMode9, rebuild the titles into CIAs, pull out the decrypted SAV files from the [A:] SYSNAND SD drive, swap back that system's actual movable.sed, reinstall the titles, drop in the decrypted SAV files back in the [A:] SYSNAND SD, and backup + restore saves + extdata with Checkpoint or JKSM to reset the Secure Value's anti-cheating protection.

It would be something like this:

Do not be lazy and get comfortable using the broken 3DS movable.sed in the replacement 3DS on a permanent basis with online connectivity unless you want to risk getting banned.
