Hacking Sakura on iTouchDS

I'm having problems with Sakura on iTouchDS, every time I turn on my DS it goes through the DiskCheck, even if I checked it off, when I turn my DS back on it's goes back to DiskCheck and none of my settings are saved.

Is this normal?

Do you scroll all the way down to the bottom of the GUI settings and tap the "OK/Apply" button? If you just press B to go back after checking off your settings, it won't save.
