Any Recommendations On Double Sided Tape For Nintendo Rubber Screw Covers?

I have a bunch of brand new DS Lite shells that have been sat in my garage since around 2015, when I got one out to have a look at it, it seems the double sided tape on the rubber screw covers is no longer sticky and turned yellow.


The double sided tape goes on these bits:

I brought a roll of double sided tape from a shop today but it will not stick to the rubber, not even a little bit,

Can anyone recommend a double sided tape that will stick to rubber?


The double sided tape on the plastic touch screen surrounds is also no longer sticky but my double sided tape sticks to them fine.

Any double tape for phone screens will do the job.
