So, I've been wanting to do runaways for Mew for a long time, but I have a few questions before I get started. I want to be hunting in Japanese Emerald, but want to be sure a regular US gameshark will work on it before buying one. Also, I know that doing SRs do not work on Emerald (I don't want to RNG abuse for it) but I have heard that runaways do. Should I leave my GBA or DS constantly running to be sure that I hit a different frame every time? Or is it likely not to make a difference? Thanks for the help.
