Hacking Run GC and Wii ISOs off of the same HDD?

I feel stupid for having to ask this, but I can't get this to work. I would like to get Configurable USB Loader to show both my GC games that I boot with Nintndont and my Wii Games. Currently, CFG USB is working great with my GC games, but it doesn't show my Wii games. I've tried tons of different file paths and formats (clean ISOs, wbfs formats, etc..) I can't get CFG USB to display the Wii games.

This is possible, right? Or should I use a separate loader for GC and Wii? I've been using CFG USB for Wii backups for years now. If this is possible, please let me know what to do.
