What do you see? I see a kind of man in the middle with a long-sized hat or something. Like what the Pharohs wore. His arms and legs are spread out wide and he's being impaled on a spike or something... maybe being penetrated

. Blood spurts out... at least, I hope it's blood.
I've no idea why I can see his lungs but hmm interesting.
