Trying to rip my first DVD9 game, MGS2 Substance, failing hard. Tried my usual (Alcohol 120%), but even PCSX2 can't recognize the image. Then tried ImgBurn, same story. I'm assuming something needs to be checked off or turned on?

While I'm here I might as well ask if the MDS is required for burning to DVD9, or is the layer break the same for all PS2 games like 360?

Edit: Nevermind, I think this is an issue with PCSX2, not my ripping method. Apparently Substance has to be opened a certain way or it'll do what it's been doing to me (black screen)

You need the layer break to burn it properly, as PS2 games do NOT all have the same layer break.
