Hacking Retroinject?

I’m learning how to inject vc games to wii u , but I can’t find the retroinject.exe ,used in the nes/snes roms , google it with no luck or i want to know if there’s anoter way to do it? Or give the link ? Hope that’s not against the rules if is sorry...Im using this guide

honestly i use it like this:

but command line useage is explained when ran without arguement:
