GPU hard sync doesn't fix anything. V-sync is enabled. However, Bilinear Filtering does stop the tearing but I don't like the smeary vaseline effect that occurs.
Weird, must be an issue with the N3DS. I have bilinear filtering disabled as well. If it fixes it for you, though, you could turn on Integer Scale and Bilinear Filtering. That way you'd have it enabled without seeing the crappy filtering effect.

Is there a way that I can sync my saves between PC, Android and 3DS without having to remove the SD card every time? For PC and Android, I store my saves in Google Drive, and I have an app on my Android that automatically downloads and uploads saves when in wifi. But for 3DS, how can I do it? I've heard that you can use an FTP, but manually moving files via FTBrony is still quite tedious.

FTP and something like rsync. Though, I don't think you'll be able to get timestamps over FTP, so automatic syncing wouldn't work well.

There seems to be a screen tearing bonanza all of a sudden.

As I said before HW Bilinear Filter fixes the tearing but at the cost of smearing vaseline all over the nice pixely graphics. The Nov build didn't fix the issue, unfortunately.

But if we play it with 1:1, then there should be no smearing vaseline. It should be crisp and nice then!

Is there an rsync equivalent for 3DS?
I was talking about running something like rsync from your PC and/or Android, connecting to your 3DS via FTP. Like I mentioned, though, you'd probably still have to at least choose manually which direction you want it to sync due to the lack of timestamps.

So I've got the FB Alpha v0.2.97.28 Arcade full set. Since CPS1/CPS2/Neo Geo games are all dumped together in here, can someone teach me the easiest way to separate out the ROMS to a separate folder for each? Thanks in advance for all the help. Loving retroarch/libretro on N3DS. A dream come true.

Where can I get the sound DSP plug ins for the SNES emulator?
All games running fine, only secret of evermore has buggy sound. Performance is top.

I updated a bunch of my cores to the 1.3 build when it released, but now GPSP is worse. Across all games there's an annoying horizontal glitch line that flickers on the top of the screen, and now Mother 3 doesn't work. I can't remember what build I had before this, although it was quite far back (multiple months). What's the last build where this stuff wasn't broken?

Is there a way to rotate the screen in Retroarch with MAME? I installed the 2000 and 2003 cias, but most Namco arcade games (Ms. Pac-Man, Dig Dug 2, Pac-Mania) have an issue where the screen is horizontal, so I have to tilt my 3DS to get the proper image. The issue with this is that the controls are still mapped normally. Other games such as Snow Bros. run fine with the screen normally.

Settings -> Video does seem to have some "Rotation" options, but none of them seem to fix the issue.

Any ideas? I'd really love to play some of Namco's arcade games with this.

LOVELY SCREENSHOT EXAMPLE EDIT:

(As you can see, this fixes the screen being mirrored, but I still have to flip the system over to see things properly. No other screen rotation seems to fix the issue with it being on it's side.)

Excelent, how well does gpsp on it?. Where do the roms and bio go? (Sorry, There is just so much text on the first post that I kinda feel overwhelmed, I've read it but I can't find that information)

ROMs go wherever you wish (I just put GBA, SNES, etc. folders at the root of my SD card), and BIOS go in /retroarch/cores/system/, or you could point it to a different folder under Settings > Directory > System/BIOS Dir.

Perfectly, but take an older core for GPSP (or newer I guess, not sure, just not the 1.3 release) since it has some weird flicker on the top bit of the screen that wasn't there before, and Mother 3 suddenly doesn't work.

Are any older builds hosted somewhere? The newest and oldest GPSP cores available on the nightly site have the same issues, and at least for now I'd like to be able to go back to the core version that worked perfectly, before 1.3.
