I adore looking through old store catalogues! You can see how comparatively expensive/cheap things were in the past, wish we could pick up boxed SNES games for that cheap now!

Also love seeing how the Game Genie was so openly sold at retail back then.

Normally we find the classified from the 70s and 80s and wonder if people still have the motorbikes there for sale for £50 for what now probably clocks £5000. Still old game listings from argos is cool too. Didn't realise the megacd was so expensive -- £340 is apparently £664 today according to https://www.bankofengland.co.uk/monetary-policy/inflation/inflation-calculator

I bought a couple of DVDs with all the old Argos catalogues from the 80s and 90s in PDF on eBay - a really fun nostalgia trip!

I remember the catalogues in the early 2000s haha. Earliest one I've seen IRL though is like 2005.
