That one is in my sig, you can extract 00000042.app from the system menu wad using wadunpacker, its the 00000001.app renamed

healtii to create your health screen and in the same package there is a healtii installer.dol to install this on you SysMenu, but you need also Preloader previously installed so no bricking...!!

HEY peeps
ive been making my own boot screens for a few weeks now and can make screens for us pal users if anyone wants some pal heath screens made then just ask
i can do custom images too as im handy with photoshop,

here is one of my latest screens i made
i thought it was pretty amusing anyways lol

feel free to use this image for ntsc/heath screens enjoy !
btw its my website link on the image feel free to edit that part with a custom link or sommit

hehe yeah its my fave one yet even tho its simple

im going to make more spoof ones of the original
this pic was taken from the jap wii manual but the scan image was really bad quality so i repainted the image to make it higher quality

there are lots more funny jap manual images so i will make more lol

that's a nice picture... i'll try to do that tonight if i have the time... i guess you're console is set to german language... but you'll need to use the softmii tweak installer...

it's done, although i had to resize it a bit as the image needs to be 608x456 so it's a bit offset...
