Not fake. Someone did make Mario Maker in SmileBASIC. But they didn't release it.
There is Mario Maker PTC (for Petit Computer, the DSiWare predecessor to SmileBasic), which you can get here: http://petitcomputer.wikia.com/wiki/Mario_Maker_PTC .

ok if you browse the petit computer 3 comminuty on miiverse u will see a mario maker like game with mario sprites this guy is requesting for someone who has it to use the smilebaic dumper to dump the game its quite simple but i only have the version without the mario sprites sadly..

I found a code for a Japanese SmileBASIC game that seems to be inspired by SMM. The code is 1EKEDV3E.
