ROM Hack [Request] Any skilled Smash modders willing to do this?

So this is actually a funny Smash mod for people who love Jontron just as much as me, this was available for Project M and I actually used it quite a lot, made me chuckle every single time.
I was wondering if anyone would have the time to port this mod to Smash 3DS or Wii U if possible, if not then please explain me how to replace the files myself.
