I've never really made a mod before and wanted to learn how to, so here's my outline removal mod for Sword and Shield
Before and After shots here, or here https://imgsli.com/ODI3NQ it may not be perfect but it's something.

Installation is easy, drop the folder of the game you own into your atmos/titles on your SD Card

0100ABF008968000 - Sword
01008db008c2c000 - Shield

Now released over on GameBanana

You took your snapshot in handheld mode. You would have served this much better by showing it in docked so the screenshot would be 1080p.

Screen shots are 720p regardless if it’s docked or not.
Still a downsampled 1080p dock mode shot will be better, it doesn’t look like SwSh is rendering at 720p in handheld mode either (?), also it’s common that post processing effects are disabled in handheld mode to reduce CPU/GPU workload.

The game does use a dynamic resolution, on tasking situations the resolution drops either in docked or portable mode. So yup, not native 1080p docked nor 720p portable.

Comparing those shots it seems to be rendering at lower resolution with the black outlines...
