Homebrew Remotejoy like program for DS?

I love using remotejoy with my psp and lately I've been looking for one for my DS. Is there such a program for the DS similar to the psp's remotejoy or do I need to use an emulator to get fullscreen DS games?! -_-

Nothing like this exists or will exist without hardware modification to the DS or specialty hardware.
Simple fact, the DS has no output ports beyond the headphone jack + the extra pins next to it (VoIP only?).

    I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar
