Okay, it should now work on Chrome, Firefox and Edge (spent 2 hours only on finding how to download the generated .bin in Edge... dammit MS, I though you wanted to get rid of IE reputation).
I also dropped the offline version, everything is here: TFH Save Editor.
From what I briefly tested, it worked like a charm. Can you test it?
- Edit your name
- Edit friends played with in local play
I didn't even notice that you added me as a tester.Testers: Emenaria, fafaffy, Ikki Barri and ShadowOne333.
No, I'm about to push a 1.2 update to tell you which chest contains the treasure in the daily riches, a way to edit the said treasure, plus to edit the shop.@Goombi, so the things left to do for the save editor are only these ones?
You tested it, so yeahI didn't even notice that you added me as a tester.
Thank you!
What region is your game? This doesn't seem to work for me. Using a 3ds rom; extracted the save with SaveDataFiler-SDK-5.2.2-CFW using Gateway Emunand. Used the extracted SaveData.bin with the site and downloaded the newer one. Replaced the newer one with the older one on the SD card. And... imported with the SaveDataFiler.
When loading the game, the savegame is corrupt.
I think that might be the problem. This is the rom I use, so European one: The.Legend.of.Zelda.Tri.Force.Heroes.EUR.3DS-CONTRAST
Ok.. this is a relief.I think that might be the problem.
I have a USA ROM and did the EXACT same steps as you did, and mine worked fine.
Perhaps the editor doesn't have EUR ROM support?
I don't know if the offsets are the same for both regions.
Would you mind sending me the savefile that failed to load (if you still have it) ? I probably have a wrong UTF-16 reader/writer.Ok.. this is a relief.
The big difference I saw is that my nickname the first time was some kind of Chinese in the web editor. The second time, it was indeed the nickname I use.
They are the sameI don't know if the offsets are the same for both regions.
Glad to know you got it working.Ok.. this is a relief.
I've followed the steps again I posted before. The big difference I saw is that my nickname the first time was some kind of Chinese in the web editor. The second time, it was indeed the nickname I use. So there was already something going better then before.
Made the changes I wanted, just loaded it and... #profit.
Thank you for your support!
I used both times the same file. And yes, you may have the save files.Would you mind sending me the savefile that failed to load (if you still have it) ? I probably have a wrong UTF-16 reader/writer.
Have you updated you executable for the new update with new levels and outfits yet?Alright, I finished with my save editor (finally)! I'll add an icon maybe tomorrow (don't feel like opening up illustrator), but regardless, here it is.
Attached is the binary, and here's the source: https://github.com/fafaffy/Triforce-Heroes-Save-Editor

You can drag/drop and save it. I tested it on my own profile and it worked fine .
