I'll unlock everything else myself through play- but the RNGness is such BS

has anyone gotten NTR cheat to work with this game?

This editor does not unlock DLC characters like Ryu.

If you want to unlock dlc characters, you need to find a cia for the dlc or download the dlc from freeshop by going to games, scrolling down to smash 4 and hitting the download icon next to dlc purchase them legitimately.

To get the DLC characters you have to install the DLC, a save editor won't work for that.

That note is only applicable for editing the stats of DLC characters, not unlocking them.

Question: Why is it a whopping 1.21gb when extracted! I used SSB3DSsaveeditorv340 to just unlock all non-DLC characters and stages. And used "Checkpoint" to backup/restore the saves.

Also a suggestion, should probably remove the old attached file because it's a really old version.

I might be VERY late to the conversation, but for some reason I can't download v3.4 (the latest version) from mediafire. Says it's a dangerous file and blocks it. Older versions of the program wipe my save data (I have backups). Any alternative links?
