How could vita update blocker work again? Don't the websites that the PS Store connect to compare the latest version and your version?

i said its not working right now i checked a few days ago, also you need to load it up on pc add the proxy details to your connection then reboot your vita to see if it took effect

Yeah, I know that, I tried it just now. I rebooted it, and it successfully spoofed me to 3.55 in CMA, but not PSN. That's the part I don't understand. :/

lol i said for some reason it doesnt work atm, perhaps when the psn store was down a few days ago they fixed it so it wouldnt work

Hey, I forget to mention something!

Before I updated my PSTV to 3.55, I tried to install a Rayman Origins pkg through PKG Installer. Obviously, with it not being drm-free, it wouldn't install.
However, When I did update and got access to the PS Store, I checked my download list, and found Rayman Origins on that download list!!

Dunno if this has any connection with anything... I don't think my PSTV was part of a bundle or anything.

I meant the part where you said you don't have to worry if you have a ps3

If you have a PS3, just download the Vita game to that.. Then run update blocker. On the Vita/PSTV use content manager to connect to your PS3 and install from there *must be wifi not cable*.

It takes a while, but it works.

Apparently the firmware spoof does trick the PS3.

Since it's quicker to answer you, I'll answer on behalf of Razor.

The email app was patched in 3.55, so this exploit won't work on firmwares past 3.52 anymore. Sorry about that!
