What model you have? Old 3DS or New 3DS/New 2DS?What version of Luma3ds are you all using? I'm using the most recent version and my 3ds keeps crashing with an ARM11 error when I try to run the game (Castlevania: SOTN)
Can you upload a pic of the crash log?Sorry, N3dsXL. Using latest version of Ps1 forwarder and Luma3ds
It was also giving me the same crash when I tried using Retroarch myself, if that matters.
I was curious if anyone ever found a way to make Klonoa work. Everything runs fine but after starting the game you get booted back to homescreen without an error. I'm using a chd file if that makes any difference. It says its compatible but even attempting to open the game using retroarch results in the same error.
Are you sure it's Klonoa that's the problem? Can you get other games to work? When I try to use either retroarch or the forwarder I get the same problem, only with a 50% chance of an actual crash.
That could be the reason I havent updated any of that for awhile now I'll have to look into getting up to the newest version and try againCastlevania's the one I'm trying to run, lol. Are you using Luma3ds? What version, if so? I've heard some versions can cause problems with retroarch, but I'm not sure which versions don't.
Don't update yet; I'm on the newest version.and I can't get anything of retroarch to work. That could be the reason I havent updated any of that for awhile now I'll have to look into getting up to the newest version and try again
Edit: ye I'm only on 9.1-89cc6ed of Luma
I already updated and castlevania still works but Klonoa still has the same issue in the same place sadly. I tried switching bios and it still persistsDon't update yet; I'm on the newest version.and I can't get anything of retroarch to work.

I was able to take a screenshot before being kicked to home screen and this is what retroarch says

As a further update now I've tried the game with every bios, and from two different regions with no luck. Also I tried doing some in Quality and Safe mode. They all crash at the same moment.
You were right, thanks a ton man. Crazy how such a small change did all thatis the bios name in UPPERCASE? if so, rename it to lowercase
Would have to ask this as well. I know "use Wine" is always the answer but using both PlayOnMac and Crossover failed to work. Not sure if they're just broken or if Big Sur ruined stuff.Yo, could you make a version compatible with Mac OS and Linux?
By any case is your 3ds JPN or EUR model?Well, there goes my theory. That's nothing like my error. Maybe it's my 3ds then...
