You'll have to find another private header.

Assuming you're playing USA Rom, search CTR-P-ASSE.
Under SHA1, change 45 F8 00 90 with C2 F8 00 90

I've been using a Nintendogs header for mine. No issues thus far. Of course you realize there are no guarantees. Private headers themselves may not be safe. Nobody knows for a fact.

Like Game 1 -> Header 1
Game 2 -> Header 2
Game 3 -> Header 3
Game 4 -> Header 4
Game 5 -> Header 1
...

(For much header like in my case, 4 ^^)

Why do you want to mix headers ? Seems paranoid to me.

Thanks for the great tool! Question on multiple entries for the same game. I see the tool replaces the header for one of the entries (for example, one of the two Mario Kart 7 entries). Is there a way to automatically apply to all matching game titles, or should I manually edit any other entries myself?

Or is it not necessary? Will Sky3DS pick the entry corresponding to the file I extracted the header from? Just want to make sure I have it correct before attempting online play.

Not necessary. It patches the game'you use identified from sha1 fingerprint.
