I'm glad you're trying to help me and tell me tips. But everytime i try to do the "One click setup" i get STAGE 1 FAILED STAGE 2 FAILED every single time. I even recover to the emunand to downgrade it. i did this 13 times with no luck whatsoever.
Did you ask for help in the Noob paradise? If you were referring to the otp thing and the a9lh, It may be possible the solution is in the guides troubleshooter. But it could help to ask in noob paradise.

Well i did not know anything about this and apologize if i wasn't able to provide any help, But noob paradise would be better to get help. That is why i asked if you had asked there as many people are already watching that thread and no one would be watching a newly created one, and would be harder to spot among so many active people. So if you can point me or anyone to the thread or ask in this one. Someone may be able to help.

encTitleKeys.bin?? i think i remember dl the other day with the name on it. just aint sure. what is that for?
Enctitlekeys.bin is a file contaning all the shared eshop purchases used for encrypting with freeshop. It allows anyone to download specific games, or dlc for free without purchasing.

The filter/sorting options cannot be saved atm. The rest should save.
That's part of the filtering. The region, genre, language, and platform filter settings do not save currently.
.... and the freeshop have a system of autoupdate for the new version of it's self? 
freeShop does not download to a CIA then install, it downloads and installs at the same time, so there are no leftover files. freeShop automatically updates each time you launch it.wonderful work! the cia files automated delete after install the game? i'm not happy if the cia fill my sd card
