Now i dump my nand and make all steps if wine can run all the sofwares

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

on my dsi sd i have not ds private title 4B475545.bin folder and file
Copy any DSiWare title to your SD card.
The program does run in Wine (command: wine dsi_srl_extract.exe --basename=OUT XXXXXXXX.bin)

sorry im tired lol i have copied flipnote is done
Okay. Now copy the bin file and run that command.
Open OUT.footer with a hex editor such as wxHexEditor (or any text editor, really).
Look for a string that looks like TWxxxxxxxx-yyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy and copy the 16 characters after the dash (the ones I replaced with "y"s).

As far as I know, Ubuntu's default file manager doesn't support dragging&dropping on files.
You can still drag&drop the file on a terminal window, though.
Open one by right clicking on the folder where dsi_srl_extract is located and select "Open in terminal" (this is important), type:
Code:
wine cmd /c
press space, drop "extract srl.bat" followed by the .bin file, press enter and it should work.

i will use my old netbook with win7 starter it will be more simple
Maybe you didn't install Wine or you didn't enter the command correctly.
You could also enter it manually:
Code:
wine dsi_srl_extract.exe --basename=OUT XXXXXXXX.bin

If I had an encrypted NAND backup + keys I could make an AIO tool...

On my 32bit netbook as win7 it stuck at twltool it say your system not 64 bit for have the dec nand
You can use this Linux 64-bit build on your Ubuntu PC if you want (Wine is not required).

The same happened to me, I think that is intentional, although it would be nice if someone could confirm.

I don't think OSFMount works on Linux. There are ways to mount images using the command line, but I would suggest using a Windows VM to avoid possible bricks.
The number will stay at 1.4.5, but it will be downgraded
