If you have already mounted the NAND, try running Nautilus as root (sudo nautilus).
Or just use your netbook for now

Nope, unless you installed the version stuff, it will say 1.4.5, but it will actually be on 1.4

Uh oh, looks like you weren't careful enough when you moved the titles to the decrypted nand. You can recover by soldering an SD reader to your DSi and installing the backup.

By the way, did you test the NAND in No$GBA before restoring it?

no because it doesnt launch with wine it has not solution for unbricking ?

If you couldn't get it working in Wine, you could've at least used your Windows netbook...

Install that hardware NAND mod then restore the original, unmodified NAND backup that way.
If you forgot to keep a copy of the original NAND, you can either try reverting your changes or encrypt someone else's NAND with your console's keys and some files from your broken NAND image file.
