Your issue is the Rhapsodii Shima theme does not support FBNeo. If you love the theme you are currently using, you will have to manually edit .ini files and add your own theme art accordingly.
Plain & Simple, as great as the Rhapsodii Shima theme is, it is severely outdated with many plugins not supported.
As much as we like things that are not broken to be left alone, the fact is, some updates are necessary and warranted.
I have linked my themes many times to fix your very issue, almost to a point now that I am frustrated end users are too lazy to read.
You are obviously using plugins, so why not search the WFL plugins thread? So much valuable information there and you can get your setup straightened out my friend...

Be aware, the Batman theme will be changed/updated in the next day to final, but feel free to do DL the original until then...All the linked themes are fully compatible with the current WFL Plugins Pack!!!
