need advice

there is a issue with sound volume in Xenoblade
the background music is ok .. but sound of shots e.t.c - at least twice louder

i tried to find the these loud sound files .. but didnt find it on content/stream/
there are only voices and background music

so my idea .. at least to increase volume in all other audio files // so it will be more balanced

the quantity of files - pretty big (will take much time)

so i am in guess .. may be it will be empty try .. as Cemu 1.5.5 - possibly could fix this sound issie ?!

you could try to enable (if available by your soundcard/board) loudness equalization, which basically "smooths" the volume differences between loud and quiet.

THX ! it was useful idea - i decreased volume of hi pinch
though it helps a little .. but still useful tip !!

BTW
i made it .. spent whole night
.. rebalanced volume for all sound files .. more then 22000 files .. thx software like mp3gain and convertors from adx to mp3 and back

now - all wonderful for Xenoblade X !!! my ears love it

It would have been quicker to boost the music volume to the same as the sfx as there are less files, then just turn your overall volume down. :P
what do you mean ?
you know exactly where sound files with loud audio ?
which directory. tell me ??? .. i could not find it // of course it will be quicker this way

..
if you mean only background music .. yes it is folder BGM and there is no too much files
but -- i want to also hear all other sounds and voices normally )

  • Conditional Render Queries
  • Shader Storage Buffer Objects (SSBO)
  • Compute Shaders
  • Save States
  • Custom textures

It's more likely we'll get netplay support before Nintendo Network support, albeit not by much.
