Nothing new
Only some minor additions and run 3 games
There is still a drop in the frame rate and graphics have not improved

Region and language selection is something you call 'nothing new'?
That is a huge step forward, especially for users of other countries.
Evene if only 1 new game would boot it would be 'something new'.

Could we all just stop now talking about whether the drm is okay or not, whether exzap made wrong or right decisions..
In the end it boils down to the following:
Exzap offers an early build for people who donate.
People get it if they donate.
If they dont donate they get it a week later

His Emu, his rules..abide or gtfo.

Anhow,my experience with new 1.4.2 version:
Region and language selection works awesome!

Hyrule Warriors [EUR][WUX] - Loads to title screen (Green BG flickering)
Pokken Tournament [EUR][RPX] - crash
Super Mario 3d World [EUR][WUX] - Boots and plays (40-60 FPS, shadow glitches)
Super Mario Maker [EUR][WUX] - Boots and plays (60 FPS)
Super Smash Bros [EUR][WUX] - Black, flickering screen with 20-30 FPS
Tekken Tag Tournament 2 [EUR][RPX][Recompiler] - Crash
Tekken Tag Tournament 2 [EUR][RPX][Interpreter] - Starts loading screen and hangs.
Angry Birds Star Wars [USA][WUX] Starts, MUCH graphic glitches
Game & Wario [USA][WUX] - Crash
Mario Kart 8 [USA][WUX] - Grand Prix 30-45 FPS
New Super Mario Bros U [USA][RPX] - 60 FPS, missing coins.
Donkey Kong tropical freeze [USA][WUX] - Starts Menu, But ingame only looks like 'TV without antenna signal'

Tekken Tag Tournament 2 [EUR][RPX] have a missing file [Open file /vol/content//hdd/nrfo.bin (access: r result: failed)]
turn on logging and file access only
that is why it stuck at loading circle.
dont know where to find it but somehow john godgames got it working on 1.4.1

Of course it will be removed in public...it is only used to ensure that only patreons use the patreon build..thats all

Even though someone else stated this, i went along and tested it myself (Eur, wux).
Crashes after minute or so in black loading screen.

Edit:
On a side Note:
NSMBU EUR WUX now runs fine
