yes he is building vulkan backend thank god and the ps3 emulator already has vulkan i love when people are smart enough to use the right api's for the job

you DO realize that Vulkan is based off of OpenGL right? oh and to crush that dream of yours of "no one loves opengl" my friend Genusis, Damien, and a couple others would like to disagree
