I don't know then, it seems like I'm one of the few that is not running into problems. My 3ds is on 9.2, I have ninjhax and pasta. I just big blue menu to install cias. Go to that iso site to find my emerald cia and the files I used to create it.

And so... I release the New 3DS AGB_FIRM Signature Patcher !

How to use :

1) Download '0004013820000202' title 'v4816' using 3DNUS
2) Launch 'Patcher.exe' and apply patch to '0004013820000202.cia'
3) Install the patched CIA from FBI. Don't forget change destination to 'NAND' (L button), neither to uninstall the old one.

Added it to first post, thanks. Patcher is the same except I enabled CRC check (it warns you if you try to patch incorrect file).

Also feature suggestion for the next version. Perhaps adding the ability to specifiy a custom banner.bin file in place of using the normal one that GBA VC ones use. There might be instances I would want to create a custom 3D banner for a GBA title.

I just found out that photoshop can do macros, if I can ever find my photoshop key I will attempt to make a macro to make banners and icon by just providing an image.

Parental Control bug fix (100% properly this time, so no problems with different regions and different age rating systems) and some small stability imporvements.

It doesn't work on Korean old 3ds. I think that's because ambassador gba titles were never released in korea.
To get it work, I had to change sysnand region to usa, and it runs flawlessly.
But I noticed upper-screen brightness is little dim. Is it normal?

I don't how to do that, sorry. But I have an idea to do so. The gbata.exe can display that info, so just decompile it (if you can) or find the source code and look though the code to see that that programmer did it.

Well I suppose I'll just have to build my CIA's manually and hex edit in the footers. I already have one setup, so I'll just do that when I want one with a custom banner. Was just a suggestion for the convenience of others who might want to do the same.

Use FBI to delete the already existent AGB_FIRM, instructions in OP

When you go to create the CIA, perhaps spoof it one version higher. It's already unsigned due to the patch, so you might as well spoof the version.

There's a currently in progress compatibility list here http://wiki.gbatemp.net/wiki/Custom_GBA_Compatibility_List, according to it both Golden Suns should work!
