Hacking Real AK2i Chip ID?

After reading THIS post I asked the poster for images of his clone Acekard. I am going to get the information and images posted at akaio.net. Before I do that I wondered if anyone with a legit AK2i had a chip ID of 0fc1 instead of 0fc2?

You can find the chip ID when running the bootloader flashing application.

Before responding please make sure your AK2i is 100% legit. Right now the only way to tell is if you have an old AK2i that it uses the right chip. If you have a new AK2i that the anti-counterfeit code was only checked once by your reseller and possibly twice by you.
