Hacking read and write to a HDD in PS3 file system connected to a PC

Like the title says, I want to connect my internal PS3 HDD to my Computer with a cable adapter. Is there a tool to read and write data to the HDD?

this or just normal sata cables if you want to open up your computer.
But your better off with an external hard drive no need to remove the internal hard drive

Considering the PS3 harddrive partition cannot be recognized by most programs, even if you did connect it to a PC, where would you go from there?
