over the last few months this Topic has been in the Announcent section on EVERY board...

i think maybe it's time it was removed. The channel & website have reached a mutial understanding and this old topic by a former moderator needs to be removed.

I think the points luse talks about in that post are sitll relivant. I'm not certain that the channel and website have reached a 'mutual' understanding. That's been said many a time before that it's lost its meaning. I think the post should remain as a reminder. If after time any remaining conflict has been resolved and doesn't look to be surfacing again then I see no problem in removing the post.
