The latest game in Ubisoft's free promotional anniversary celebration is Rayman Origins. All you have to do is click on the link below to redeem it. Of course, the only drawback is that you must have a Uplay account in order to play it.

The previous titles so far have been Prince of Persia: Sands of Time, and Splinter Cell.

To celebrate Ubisoft's 30th anniversary, The Ubisoft Club is offering you seven digital PC games. Every month a new game will be revealed and free to download. Then it is yours to keep!
Hurry up, the game is available for a limited time. Just register here with your Uplay account.

Probably because it's too much content for a free giveaway, and also, because it's not old enough.
I mean, Legends has it's own set of stages, much more creative than the stages in Origins, every stage also has an Invaded version, so that's basically double the stages. (Boy, I really use this word a lot.)
Also, almost every Origins stage has been remade and adapted to Legends.

That's because for a majority of their early life they were just publishers, and most of what they published were PC games, stuff on the Amiga and DOS. It wasn't until the early 90s that they actually opened a game studio themselves, and in 95 they developed and released their first game themselves.

EA had a pretty similar history, too.

Origins is better than Legends though.
