r4wood.com is the only website selling latest r4itt from r4itt.net are they legit site? I buy with credit card, not paypal .

this will only play NDS roms on your 3ds console, no 3ds roms... all almost all dsi cards work on 3ds, as long as thier site gets updated regularry (twice a year is about as up to date as it gets)... for 3ds roms you'll need cfw or gateway, dstwo+ or a clone card but i don't think you'll like the result of those.
