Puyo Puyo Tetris never got an English 3DS release. Sega localised it for PC and consoles in 2017 but never brought that back to the handheld, so this pulls their official text and voices out of the Steam version and puts them on the Japanese 3DS game, DLC included.
The earlier fan translation got the Adventure story across and Partyderp64's 0.3dx build put English story voices over it (thanks for that groundwork: https://gbatemp.net/threads/wip-puyo-puyo-tetris-3ds-eng-translation-v0-3dx.536876/) but left the menus, the prologue, the shop, most of the in-battle voices, the DLC chapters and the texture labels in Japanese. This finishes those off. It's about 99% English now, all 37 characters have English battle voices, and roughly 550 texture labels got redrawn.
You'll need your own copy of the Japanese base game and DLC, decrypted with Batch CIA 3DS Decryptor. Install order is patched base game, untouched Japanese v1.2.0 update, then patched DLC. Title screen should read ENG 1.0.12. There's a LayeredFS build on the releases page if you don't want the 173 MB repack.
I've only booted it on a New 3DS XL, OG 3DS and Emulators and played a few random games, so it's a WIP. Give it a shot and let me know if anything comes up blank, clipped or silent.
