Hacking R4i Gold plus doesnt load custom roms

Hi guys! My r4 card is running the latest software but refuses to run things like Dark diamond (Pokemon diamond hack) and gives me the error "savfile not founded". Does anybody know how I can fix it? It also gave me the error with Pokemon Mystery dungeon explorers of sky + time. Thanks guys!
