Hacking R4DS error thing.

So I have a r4DS for some time now and I had to reformat it recently. The problem is I forgot how to get the card to work and now I get a weird error. In a box there are some chinese letters (about 7) and on top of the box I see !!! I know I did everyhing good and I have put these things on the micro SD card:

(folder) _system_
(forder) moonshl
_DS_MSHL.NDS
_DS_MENU.dat

and a games folder.

So what is the problem?

If you have the legit R4DS you can download firmware v 1.18 from the R4DS website here http://www.r4ds.me/ and copy and paste the entire contents on your sd card. It could also be a formatting problem, which formatter did you use?
