I got an R4 SDHC with 2021 in the corner on the label a few days ago which I believe to be a clone, as I've found hardly any info on it and has the defunct r4isdhc.hk link on the label.
The kernel itself seems to work fine on its own after having jumped through a few hoops (initially some icons would just appear with no text), though at this point I can't even remember what I did as I've already done more than enough fiddling with this thing, though I did run it through the panasonic formatter once.
However, I've had 0 luck with installing YSMenu which I'm quite determined on after learning of the big yike that is the timebomb, but none of the versions I've found of YSMenu seem to work well with the card I have. I'll attach pics here for some more context.

*currently the contents of the micro sd that came with it, it also came with a bunch of folders holding roms, emulators and other misc stuff which i've since moved, but all the core stuff is on there as far as i can see. no idea what the rpg folder is for though.
