Hacking Quick question

I am on 4.0 with HBC and i have installed wads of virtual console games on my system.
Would i be ok to download games from the Wii Shop Channel?
And can i download the Nintendo channel (i want to play the ds demos the offer)?

Access to shopping channel should be OK.
The Nintendo Channel however can, if you give it permission, send data about your wii back to nintendo.
