Yeah, use Zadig to replace the libComms or whatever it's called driver to a generic one.
Another *very* important thing: if you happen to be installing .nsp files with special or foreign characters (for example something with á in the file name, or something with Japanese characters in the file name), or with very long file names, it WILL crash the Switch when installing via Tinfoil
